The youth service offers individual coaching with a personal worker and group activities. Startti supports study and work readiness, self-knowledge and social skills for ages 16–29. Workshop activities build everyday skills, while a multicultural meeting place serves ages 18–29. Young adults who speak foreign languages receive employment support.
Participation is voluntary and confidential. A mentoring scheme pairs 16–29-year-olds with a volunteer for a year, and personal finance teaching is also offered. The branch is on the fourth floor, reached by lift. Social and educational sector university students can undertake placements and thesis work.
