Founded in 1998, this non-profit association builds and lets housing mainly for young adults becoming independent. Most homes are studios and one-bedroom flats in five properties. Housing advice, support and fixed-term housing coaching are offered.
Residents are selected through applications and interviews under ARA tenant-selection guidelines. Advice is also provided at schools and the Ohjaamo youth centre. The office accepts walk-ins on designated days, with appointments required at other times. The wellbeing services county can purchase supported housing for residents needing extra help.
