The relatives' association supports people concerned about someone with mental health or substance use problems. Help includes individual counselling and peer support groups. No diagnosis is required; concern about a relative is enough. Services cover Kanta-Häme, including the Forssa and Riihimäki areas.
Membership is not required. Counselling can be booked online or by phone. An online chat is staffed by employees and volunteers, with a Swedish-language slot too. Talks and courses for relatives and professionals include Mental Health First Aid 1 and 2. The association publishes an activity calendar and the Labyrintti newsletter.
