At this small brewery in the east harbour, visitors can watch brewing from the bar. Twelve taps pour its own beers and a changing guest selection. Special beers, wines and a rotating classic cocktail list are also offered. A 200-litre system and six pressurised fermenters produce about 1,200 litres a month.
Beer is kept cold from the fermentation tank onward. The bar has a glazed, heated terrace. Brewing uses soft natural water filtered through sandy soil.
