Part of The Helsinki Distilling Company, founded in 2014, this cocktail bar and restaurant mixes its drinks from spirits made in-house, such as a Helsinki gin and tonic with the house Muteman Tonic, and also serves alcohol-free Nolla cocktails. Food is made from seasonal ingredients. It occupies a two-storey former power station, which also houses the company's visitor centre for tours and tastings.
Tables can be booked online. At the Long Drink Lab, groups of at least six mix their own long drinks in about 90 minutes, by reservation on weekdays and Saturdays. Groups of more than ten can pre-order a three-course tasting menu. Visitors usually stay one to four hours, and dogs are allowed.
