Screen replacements and other repairs carry a 24-month warranty, battery replacements 12 months. As an approved partner of insurance companies, it handles the claim and the customer usually pays only the excess.
No appointment is needed. Refurbished used phones come with a 12-month warranty, and cases, chargers, cables and screen protectors are also sold. Old smartphones and tablets are bought in, and old basic phones are recycled free of charge. Payment is by card, Klarna invoice or instalments.
