This electronics shop in Helsinki's Forum shopping centre is part of the Elkjøp Nordic group, and the chain describes itself as the largest of its kind in the Nordic countries. The shelves hold phones and smartwatches, computers, consoles and games, TVs and speakers, home appliances and small kitchen appliances, and Epoq kitchens and laundry rooms are sold too.
Items reserved online can be picked up in as little as half an hour, and home delivery is available. Installation, assembly and repair services are offered, and old devices, lamps and batteries are taken for recycling. There is a 50-day right of return, and cards and mobile payments are accepted.
