This Helsinki hostel is part of the Hostelling International network and holds HI quality certification. Single, double and triple rooms come in budget and standard versions, and solo travellers can book a bed in a women-only or men-only dorm. Standard rooms are on the upper floors, with better soundproofing and a TV. Women and men have separate saunas.
Reception is open around the clock, and guests who book directly on the website get free morning and evening sauna sessions. Wi-Fi, breakfast, a restaurant and pub, self-catering kitchens, laundry and bike hire are available. The Suomenlinna ferry is about 800 metres away, with a tram stop right outside. Pets are welcome, and parking is paid.
