Built in 1884, this villa is the oldest in Laajasalo and stands by the sea in Jollas. The main hall, two side rooms, bay window, veranda, terrace and garden suit events for 10 to 200 people, and the indoor villa space takes 10 to 120. The beach sauna holds 2 to 20 people, with sea swimming all year and an ice hole in winter; a hot tub and grill can be rented too. The courtyard sauna has a kitchen and lounge for 5 to 30, and a covered grill shelter with a fireplace and gas grill seats about ten. The grounds include an apple orchard, a large lawn, old trees, the protected Jollas mire and a sheltered sandy beach.
The venues can be rented together or separately for weddings, company events, meetings, christenings, memorials and private parties. Guests may bring their own food and drink, as the villa is not a licensed serving area; catering, tableware, linens and staff can be ordered through the venue. Boat and land transport, decoration, music, AV equipment and party tents are also available. The car park is wheelchair accessible.
