Opened in 2022, the premises offer private offices and shared workspaces. About 1,600 m² of common areas include work and break spaces, call booths and meeting rooms for up to 20 people. Office services cover reception, cleaning, Wi-Fi and printing.
The 100-person event space has a 360-degree camera, Bose audio and wireless microphones. The courtyard accommodates 500, with a serving counter, grill kitchen and sauna with plunge pool. An in-house kitchen provides catering and weekday buffet lunches, and the lobby has a café. Yoga and massage chairs are offered. The entrance, parking and toilet are accessible, but accessible seating is not available.
