This Helsinki-based online service helps home sellers compare estate agents across Finland and invite offers from them, with more than 1,600 agencies listed. Sellers can request a price estimate, compare agents' commissions and read feedback from previous sellers.
The seller enters the property's address and details, local agents respond with offers, and the seller picks one. Sellers make no commitment, and the service is paid by the agent once the property is sold. Everything is handled online in Finnish, and the company's office is in the Sähkötalo building.
