The serviced offices range from 9 to 35 m² and can be rented furnished or unfurnished. Two meeting rooms for 1–10 people overlook Kampintori. Coffee and tea are included with meeting rooms, and office rental includes community membership. The service holds the Ekokompassi environmental certificate and the Finnish Key Flag label.

There is lockable cycle storage in the courtyard and a parking garage nearby. Weekly wellbeing and networking events are held for members. The entrance and some seating are accessible, but there is no accessible toilet.
