This office hotel rents out private office rooms of roughly 10 to 69 m², 39 rooms over two floors. It was set up to give small companies and entrepreneurs an affordable, no-frills office solution in the city centre. Access is available around the clock with a key, access card or code, and each tenant is responsible for their own visitors.
The rent includes electricity, water, a shared kitchen and lounge, meeting rooms at no extra charge and cleaning of common areas. Meeting rooms are booked online, with a monthly quota of 30 hours per tenant. Only a basic shared wireless network is provided, but tenants can order their own connection through a partner. A parking garage lies under the building, without electric car charging points. The entrance is wheelchair accessible.
