This Finnish training and consulting company was founded in 2004. It offers corporate training, webinars and online courses, with a focus on management and supervisor training, labour and data protection law, sales, strategy and change, and project management. According to its website, more than 10,000 professionals have been trained in Finland and abroad. It has offered e-learning since 2008 and has also developed educational games for children, including English vocabulary and maths apps.
Training is tailored to each client, combining training days, webinars, videos, tests and software tools. Webinars run through Microsoft Teams, and company-specific programmes are available. The learning approach grew out of founder Tommi Kokonaho's own dyslexia.
