Founded by Hannu Säkkinen, the training company develops leadership, management teams and workplace communities. Services include the Master Leader programme, individual Leadership Coaching, team workshops and DISC-based sales training. Assessments cover individuals, teams and organisations, including 360-degree feedback.
Training can be delivered in person or online and tailored to client goals. Recruitment support includes DISC assessments of candidates' natural working styles. The office is located in the Forum shopping centre.
