This working-life training and development centre is in the Aikatalo building in Helsinki. It trains shop stewards, occupational safety representatives, managers, organisation activists and anyone interested in working-life issues, with courses on negotiation and interaction skills, workplace wellbeing, labour law and occupational safety, as well as topical seminar days and Open University studies. It belongs to the same organisation (TJO ry) as Helsingin aikuisopisto.
Commissioned training is arranged for workplaces and groups, and some teaching is online. The centre also rents out rooms and sends a newsletter four times a year. The entrance and car park are wheelchair accessible.
