Helsinki hosts continuing-education courses for teachers, most of them one week long. The themes are Finnish education, wellbeing and sustainability. The classes are held in a former part of the Töölö Sugar Factory, a red-brick building near Töölönlahti Bay and Finlandia Hall.
Each course date has its own registration link, and the courses require intermediate English (B1+). Participants get coffee and tea, fast Wi-Fi, printing, a library, a certificate of attendance, online training after the course, a walking tour of the city centre and a Saturday excursion or museum visit. Accessibility needs should be reported in advance.
