This Helsinki gym and boxing club is located in a sports park, and boxing is its speciality, with a hall of its own. There are boxing courses for beginners and hobbyists, competitive and junior boxing for ages 12–16, group classes for seniors and personal training. A café and a shop selling sports gear and supplements are also on site.
There are no memberships, joining packages or contracts: buy a single visit during reception hours and bring photo ID. Cash, cards and employee benefit schemes such as Smartum, Edenred and ePassi are accepted. The showers and saunas have been renovated, and parking is free.
