This gym is on the third floor of the Redi shopping centre in Helsinki and belongs to a Finnish fitness chain. There is plenty of training space, and seven trainers work here under a head coach. The chain also offers personal coaching, single visits and gift cards.
You can join online at any time and then collect your membership card from the card machine at the gym. On weekday afternoons you can come for a trial session with no sales pitch. A visit usually takes from 20 minutes to an hour. The entrance and toilet are wheelchair accessible, and there is accessible parking.
