Bread is made by hand from flour in the on-site bakery using a sourdough starter. Loaves have a crisp crust and slightly moist interior. Handmade pastries include cinnamon buns, doughnuts, sweet buns and Danish pastries. Head confectioner Eero Paulamäki develops the chain's cakes and confectionery.
The shop is in Kauppakeskus Arabia shopping centre. Layer cakes and pastries can be pre-ordered through the chain's online cake shop. The entrance is wheelchair accessible.
