Bread is made by hand from flour and sourdough starter in the in-store bakery, including white loaves. The rustic breads have a crisp crust and slightly moist interior. Handmade pastries include cinnamon buns, doughnuts, Finnish sweet buns and Danish pastries.
The branch is in Malmin Nova. Custom layer cakes and pastries can be pre-ordered through the chain's online cake shop. Cakes and confectionery are created by head confectioner Eero Paulamäki, a Nordic chocolatier and culinary Olympics winner.
