Product developer Kira Weckman designs the menus and recipes and specialises in Scandinavian and Asian cooking; she was named Finland's Top Chef in 2013. Head chef Michel Garzon specialises in South American and Mediterranean food and was previously head chef at the French Embassy in Finland.
