Founded in 2015, this Helsinki microbrewery develops, brews and packages its beers on site. It combines scientific know-how with craft brewing tradition, with a focus on clean-tasting beer and urban community. The range includes Vallila Gose, a sour beer in the German tradition, as well as Katu and the bottled Vallilan kristalli.
The shop and gallery sells beer, including six-packs, as well as books from small publishers and local products. Brewery tours are organised, and gift cards are available. Opening hours vary by season and are posted on Instagram. The entrance is wheelchair accessible, and cards and mobile payments are accepted.
