This pony school, part of a Helsinki riding centre, teaches riders of all ages, with separate groups for children, young people and adults. The centre is a riding school approved by the Equestrian Federation of Finland, and pony lessons began in early 2012. The stable works closely with the riding club Ratsastusseura Skara, which has about 400 riders.
Riders must belong to a riding club, as the stable does not insure them; club membership includes accident insurance, a membership card and Hippos magazine. Lessons are booked and make-up lessons arranged by phone at set times, and text messages are only for cancellations. The entrance is wheelchair accessible, and there is a toilet.
