This Helsinki bakery-café draws on the pastry traditions of southern France, and its fruit pastries are made on site. Breakfast is served all day, with artisan focaccia, Skagen-style prawn dishes, croissants, cinnamon buns, savoury pies and cold-smoked salmon on bread. The salad bar includes a daily soup, and the wine list was put together with Viinitie.
You order at the counter, and tables cannot be reserved. It is a laptop-free café, so that every guest can find a seat. Salads can be eaten in or taken away. A visit usually takes from 45 minutes to two hours. Cards and mobile payments are accepted, paid street parking is nearby, and the entrance is not wheelchair accessible.
