This Spanish-Filipino bar and restaurant in Helsinki was founded in 2018. The kitchen brings Filipino soul and Spanish fire together: slow-fired meats, paella and Filipino dishes with Spanish technique, such as lamb shank, pork ribs, salmon kilawin and seafood paella, plus a fully vegan Ginataan.
Drinks include signature cocktails, mocktails and house gins from Australia and Vietnam. Tables can be booked online, and walk-ins are welcome; tables of eight or more are arranged by email. It is cashless, so payment is by card or mobile. Dogs are allowed.
