This is one of two branches of a Helsinki sushi restaurant that makes its sushi by hand with Norwegian salmon and Japanese rice. The menu runs from nigiri, maki, uramaki and futomaki to poke bowls, gyoza, miso soup, wakame and edamame salads, sashimi and platters of 26 to 50 pieces.
There is a separate lunch menu, and dishes are marked L (lactose-free), G (gluten-free), V and VG. Food can be eaten in, outside or taken away, with beer, coffee or Japanese Ramune soda to drink. Tables can be booked online. The toilet is wheelchair accessible, a visit usually takes 15 minutes to an hour, and the car park is free.
