Based at the wholesale market, the fish wholesaler continues a family fish-processing tradition into its fourth generation. It supplies restaurants, grocery retailers, market traders and other wholesalers. The range includes salmon and rainbow trout in several cuts, nigiri and sashimi cuts, diced salmon, whitefish fillets and hot-smoked, cold-smoked and flame-grilled fish.
Fish comes from selected EU-approved suppliers and Norwegian and Finnish waters. Overnight deliveries from fishing ports are cut early and delivered the same day. Deliveries cover the capital region and nearby municipalities Monday to Saturday, and Pirkanmaa and Southwest Finland three times weekly.
