More than 20,000 square metres of space in Helsinki house ten companies, and the idea is to mix entertainment with exercise, unlike a traditional sports hall. Facilities include two ice hockey rinks, three full-size indoor sand courts for beach volleyball, a fitness centre, dance studios, an entertainment club and a 31-metre climbing wall. Activities also cover laser tag, cheerleading and acrobatics.
The centre is a walk from Ruoholahti metro station or a ride on tram 8. Paid parking is in Salmiparkki and a large yard car park, with about ten 15-minute drop-off spaces at the front. At weekends free parking is about 200 metres away behind the courthouse. A visit usually takes 1.5 to 3 hours.
