Founded in 1933, this Helsinki multi-sport club runs activities for children, young people, adults and seniors. Its sports include judo, ju-jitsu, bowling, krav maga, climbing, arm wrestling, volleyball, fencing, boxing, gymnastics, athletics and archery. Group exercise ranges from baby and family classes to groups for every age, and there is an after-school programme for pupils.
Registration is through MyClub, which also hosts its online shop. Edenred, Smartum and ePassi employee benefits can be used for adult course fees, gym cards and baby and family classes. The car park and entrance are step-free, and there is a toilet.
