This trade union for Nordea professionals and managers has been part of Ammattiliitto Pro since 2022. It represents members in collective bargaining, with pay and employment terms governed by the Finnish financial sector collective agreement.
Members have access to training, events and the Pro plus member website. Activities are offered in Finnish, Swedish and English. The representative assembly meets in spring and autumn, and members can attend information sessions and trips.
