The association follows the bhakti path, a spiritual way of devotion centred on a living master, Paramahamsa Sri Swami Vishwananda. Its founder is a Vaishnava Acharya and Kriya yoga master. Practice has four branches: yoga and meditation, knowledge, rituals and devotional arts.
At satsang gatherings the master answers questions, with talks drawing on the Bhagavad Gita, Shreemad Bhagavatam and Guru Gita. Offerings include kirtan, devotional singing and dancing, and online darshan, meditation and question-and-answer sessions.
