The national association supports people with epilepsy and their relatives through information, peer support and activities. Its advice service covers epilepsy, everyday life and social services. It also advocates for members and works against prejudice and discrimination.
Courses and meetings take place in person and online. Friend cafés around Finland welcome participants without advance registration. Membership is through local associations. Guides and epilepsy badges are available from the online shop, and the website is in Finnish, Swedish and English.
