This regional member association of the Finnish Eating Disorder Association offers support, information and counselling to people with eating disorders, relatives and professionals. Activities include peer groups, lectures, webinars, online cafés and workshops. A separate Zoom group is offered for people over 40.
Participation starts at age 15, with an age limit of 18 for one group. The office is at Kaapelitehdas, and some groups meet in Järvenpää. Online resources include support information for relatives and siblings, a blog by people in recovery and their relatives, and lectures on YouTube.
