This Helsinki association works for equal treatment of people with physical disabilities and monitors their rights. Members get peer support, IT and disability advice and the member magazine Täyttä Elämää, and a rental flat is available to them. There are canasta, reading and Thursday clubs, exercise groups from boccia and wheelchair basketball to aqua aerobics and the gym, and activities for children and young people.
At Hevossalmi it runs a holiday cottage village with small and large cottages, a cottage on wheels and a sauna; groups can book the accessible cottages too. Its Digipiste offers IT help, and it also arranges personal assistants. The entrance and parking are step-free.
