The non-profit association promotes research and control of plant diseases, pests and weeds. It connects people and organisations in the field and shares research-based information, including issues affecting stores and indoor spaces.
Activities include specialist sections, webinars and the Syyspuinti harvest event with Livia vocational college. Some meetings take place through Teams. The Eeva Tapio scholarship fund recognises thesis work in plant protection.
