Founded in 1911, the design professionals' non-profit association advocates for design's role in society and professional practices, drawing on surveys and research. It publishes Finnish Designers magazine and runs a responsible design programme.
Membership is open to professionals, students and design entrepreneurs. Member services include networks, workshops and evening events. Network topics include artificial intelligence, sustainability and biosocial design. Members can present their work in the magazine.
