Founded in 1994, the non-profit association represents the Finnish fish food chain, from fishers and fish farmers to processors and traders. It publishes fish recipes and information on species, nutrition, handling and storage.
The website includes a From Water to the Dinner Table video library and a fish knowledge quiz. Brochures about fish and fish dishes can be ordered online. The office is in Huolintatalo.
