Founded in 1892, this dental society supports dental research and provides professional continuing education through lectures, practical workshops and webinars. It publishes a peer-reviewed open scientific journal and maintains dental Current Care guidelines in cooperation with Duodecim.
Members can take part in 12 divisions. The society awards research grants and also organises professional symposia and the annual Dentist Days event.
