The national association represents property managers and management companies. It has over 600 member companies, including rental housing companies and associations. It undertakes advocacy and research and maintains ethical guidelines with supervision and disciplinary procedures.
Members receive guidance, materials, legal advice, training and customer communication tools. Publications include Isännöinti magazine and Kotitalo media. The office is in Ympyrätalo.
