Operating since 2016, the sports ethics organisation handles anti-doping, match-fixing prevention, spectator safety and investigations of serious ethical violations. Its work includes doping tests and therapeutic use exemptions for athletes' medication.
The KAMU medicine checker shows whether medicines are permitted in sport. Suspected violations can be reported through ILMO, including anonymously. Online training is available for sports stakeholders, and the Erkka tool supports therapeutic use exemption matters. The organisation also publishes sports ethics research.
