Founded in 1975, the association supports people with congenital heart defects and their families. It provides information on heart defects and hereditary rhythm disorders, along with peer support from trained volunteers.
The association and its regional branches organise camps and gatherings. Online resources include videos about heart defects and preparing children for procedures, plus the Sydämellä podcast. Monthly donations and school fundraising days are among the ways the work is supported.
