Founded in 1985, this non-profit foundation works to end homelessness using the Housing First principle. It owns over 19,000 rental homes in nearly 60 municipalities. Y-Kodit homes serve special groups and people who have experienced homelessness, while M2-Kodit offers rental housing for everyone.
Residents are offered housing counselling and activities that support community life. The foundation develops and builds rental homes with an emphasis on energy efficiency and sustainability. The office entrance is wheelchair accessible.
