Founded in 2005, the social democratic think tank produces publications, public discussions and training. Its central research theme is a just ecological transition, examined through inequality, sustainability, democracy and social cohesion. Work also covers economic and tax policy and democracy support in the Western Balkans since 2008.
The think tank trains future decision-makers and cooperates with international experts as a member of FEPS, the Foundation for European Progressive Studies. Annual reports and research ethics principles are published online. The office is located in Ympyrätalo.
