Designed by Eino Pitkänen, the Functionalist church was completed in 1934 and renovated in 1992 under Hannu Puurunen. The roughly 500-seat interior has an organ, grand piano and sound system. It hosts worship, church ceremonies and concerts.
The space is largely barrier-free, with an accessible entrance at the rear. A hearing loop and accessible toilet are provided. Parking spaces are available for people with reduced mobility, with additional street parking nearby.
