Founded in 1995, the non-profit association supports young people aged 16–28 who are outside work and education. Workshops, outreach youth work and individual coaching help build everyday skills and pathways into study or employment.
Its Taitoverstas craft workshop has a shop and accepts handmade items. The association also operates in Outokumpu and Polvijärvi, runs development projects and works with education providers. Peer experience workers are involved in its activities, and funds are used to support young people.
