The manor was completed in 1904 to designs by Wivi Lönn, the first woman in Finland to lead her own architecture firm. It served as a maternity hospital from the late 1940s until 1967 and was renovated and reopened in 2021. Today it is a fine dining restaurant and event venue. The restaurant's strength is its set-course menus with carefully chosen drink pairings. The lounge serves shared small plates such as sourdough bread, tartare, cold cuts, cheeses and crispy pecorino potatoes, along with coffee and wine by the glass.
Lunch is served Wednesday to Friday and dinner Thursday to Saturday, with group bookings by arrangement Monday to Saturday. The manor suits weddings, private parties, company events and meetings, and the Talli building has a sauna and hot tub. Seasonal cultural events open to the public are held in summer, and gift cards are available. Seating and the car park are accessible, but the entrance is not, and there is no hearing loop.
