The historic manor building mostly dates from the 1800s, and the estate has been owned by the city since 1976. The venue is part of Survo.Rent and is rented for weddings, business meetings, memorial events and private parties, with a group size of 30 to 300 people. A theatre space, Latoteatteri Kulissi, operates in the same estate courtyard.
The basic party package includes a DJ service, and the estate has a sauna and a hot-tub barrel. Catering comes as Party Box: pre-selected menus are delivered to the venue and guests set out the food themselves. The approach is ecological, favouring local food and minimising packaging. There is ample parking at the Korpela estate, and the car park and entrance are wheelchair accessible.
