The tourist information service presents regional attractions, accommodation and activities in Finnish Lakeland. The area has four national parks, around 431 km of canoeing and kayaking routes, and the UNESCO World Heritage sites of Petäjävesi Old Church and the Struve Geodetic Arc. Its tourism website also covers Alvar Aalto sites, saunas and illuminated landmarks.
The service is located in Forum shopping centre. Accessible parking is available, but there is no wheelchair-accessible seating or accessible toilet.
