Founded in 1974, this regional pensioners' organisation supports 26 member associations across Central Finland, with around 5,800 members in total. Activities include clubs, excursions, hobbies and events for people of retirement age.
The regional branch organises bowling and karaoke contests and holiday trips, including dance holidays at Lehmiranta holiday centre. Its office is in Järjestöjen Talo. News and a blog about its activities are published online.
